PMMN4013A
MOTOROLA PMMN4013A
Motorola PMMN4013A is a compact microphone that has a revolutionary windporting feature that helps lessen background noise from high winds and other severe weather conditions. Audio can pass through the speaker grill even when the microphone port is blocked by water. The coiled cord allows talking and listening without removal from belt or case.
Includes Push-To-Talk (PTT) switch, swivel clip and quick disconnect latch.
Motorola PMMN4013A Remote Speaker Microphone with 3.5mm Audio Jack
OUR MOST POPULAR SPEAKER MIC
The PMMN4013 microphone features windporting which dramatically decreases noise interference from high winds and extreme weather conditions. This microphone can withstand the elements and even transmit audio if the microphone port is submerged in water. With the coiled cord you can easily talk and listen without being required to remove it from your belt or case. Other features includes a PTT (Push-to-Talk) switch, swivel clip and a quick disconnect latch.
This is a replacement for the HMN9030. Motorola's speaker microphones are rigorously tested and designed to match the industry-leading radios they complement. Speaker mics are perfect for industry professionals that need to be able to quickly communicate without having to remove the radio from their belt or case.
Also identified as PMMN4013.

Charging:
Consider setting up a charging station with a large multi-unit charger. It is easier to manage your fleet of radios if radios or extra batteries are being charged regularly and during the appropriate time. Single unit chargers spread out through your organization can lead to uncharged radios and poor communications if managed by multiple radio users. This will keep the radios charged, organized, and centrally managed.
What is the noise level at your business?
- If in a LOW noise area, suggest Surveillance kits to keep it that way.
- If in a MIXED noise area suggest a Speaker Mic to have the mic and speaker closer to the user's head.
- If in a HIGH noise area and suggest Heavy Duty Headsets or appropriate headset for the environment.
Battery Power:
Backup Batteries are a must in the business world today. We recommend at least 1 backup per radio, that way even with busy schedules and workloads, you are covered if you forget to charge your unit.
